- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 09, 2019, by Diana ReevesDO NOT SHOP HERE - I brought my professional kitchen design to the store and asked for a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher that fit the space - only to find upon delivery that the refrigerator stuck out way too far! They charged me a $500 dollar restocking fee and brought one that fit - upon complaint to the company "it was not the responsibility of the salesman" that is a from Barbara Tobias, VP of Orville's - no refund was issued.
